The palate first recalls the flavours of orange and rhubarb, followed by fresh mediterranean notes. Exquisite overtones of earthy and warm botanicals blend harmoniously for a well-balanced body, before gentian and other Alpine botanicals give way to a lasting round and gentle bittersweet finish.

non-alcoholic VENTI is the combined result of traditional and modern research: we follow classic Italian production methods for herbal liqueurs but, in this case, alcohol plays no part. We infuse and blend the very same 20 botanicals as we do with our classic VENTI to create a truly vibrant, non-alcoholic liqueur.
The production process extracts all the natural aromas that give VENTI non-alcoholic amaro a distinctive intensity of flavour, depth and body.
